How Long Does A Kitchen Renovation Take?
There is no exact timeline for a kitchen renovation, since several factors play a role to determine just how long your project will take. Once all the materials are selected and in your home and demolition is done, the installation process can usually be completed within a few weeks.
What Are the Stages of a Kitchen Remodeling?
There are many stages to the process, each just as important as the last. The Classique team will be with you through every single step and keep you in the loop on the progress we make. The stages of your renovation are:
Demolition: We’ll get rid of all the things that won’t be in your new space. This includes removing old cabinetry, walls, sinks, and appliances.
Plumbing: If we need to, we will replace the old plumbing in your kitchen, ensuring it’s ready to handle all the new equipment.
Electrical: We’ll update all electrical components and replace old lighting fixtures so you get maximum efficiency.
Drywall:Our team will install new drywall that will be the first glimmer of your new space.
Flooring: We’ll add the new flooring and baseboards.
Cabinetry: All new cabinetry will be expertly installed.
Countertops: The countertop will be installed on top of the new cabinetry.
Backsplash: Classique will add the backsplash under the cabinets and around your sink and stove.
Appliances: Lastly, all the new appliances will be installed, and all finishes will be added to the cabinetry.
How Much Does It Cost to Remodel a Kitchen?

While it is less to reface cabinets instead of replacing them, the savings is usually minimal. We know it’s tempting to cut costs, but when you look at the cost to reface, you’ll see the best choice is to replace them.
That’s because the most expensive part of a cabinet is the door, generally 70% of the total cost of the cabinet. If you’re already going to be purchase the most expensive part, you may as well spend the additional amount to replace the entire cabinet. This will ensure better quality and precise matching of the doors and frame.
